The CSQ funded Trade Ready program provides industry-based training for career seekers in the South East Queensland region. Students have exposure to a variety of building and construction trades and professions. It provides a great foundation to progress in a building and construction career. Working on real work sites, students have direct exposure to a variety of construction trades and professions and will learn from some of the most experienced construction professionals in their chosen industry.

The Aussie Painters Network CSQ funded Trade Ready Program provides additional skills and experiences to individuals who have some entry level experience working in the building and construction industry, to build their job readiness and prepare them to transition into a career in building and construction.

This program is a fantastic way to get your foot in the door for an apprenticeship. There is a 3-week work placement component, and participants are placed with employers looking for an apprentice.
